We leverage a 5-Phase process to strategically engage with our partners throughout their system's lifecycle.  You may choose to work with us for as little as 1 phase, or leverage us a turn-key provider.

1. We'll consult with you to determine and prioritized the needs of the system, budget, and technological requirements. In this process, we'll prepare a complete system brief, critical user journeys, and personas that will be used to define the Design process.
   
   
2. We'll design the system(s) and deliver a complete bid package, including system design, bill of materials, and narrative that meets your requirements and budget.
   
   An AV Design Engineer will ensure the system maximizes your return on investment while complying with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
   
   The bid package can be prepared for public or private bidding, and JDAV can facilitate the bidding process if required.
   
   
3. We deliver ​projects in two ways:
   
   Turn-Key Delivery wherein JDAV will install and commission the complete audiovisual system. Turn-Key Delivery available on select projects only and we typically do not participate in public bids.
   
   Owners Rep wherein JDAV will act as your independent consultant to procure, manage, validate, and certify the system from another audiovisual systems integrator.
   
   
4. Training is a critical factor of the success of your system and users. We can create customized training materials for your long-term use, video recordings, and in-person classes.
   
   
5. Support is where we shine. When you need help getting your system back in tip-top shape, we'll be there for you.

St. Luke's Parish Hall

St. Luke's approached us with a common challenge: they had an overcomplicated audiovisual system that nobody knew how to use.

After assessing their true needs, we drastically simplified the system, made it incredibly easy to use, and removed a major headache standing in the way of sharing their message with their parishioners.

Board of Education Boardroom

When COVID struck, this Board of Education's Boardroom needed help adopting Zoom and updating their production system to 4K. The new system, armed with robotic PTZ cameras and comprehensive system automation, makes it easy for a single operator to produce high-quality livestreams, including remote participation through Zoom.

The system's remote operation capabilities also allow JDAV to operate the system from the office, in the case of a last-minute production need.

St. Thomas More Parish Hall

During a renovation of their historic sanctuary, St. Thomas More needed to move their recurring services into a temporary facility without compromising on parishioner experience.  To facilitate this, they enlisted JDAV to design and install a new AV system in their Parish Hall in a matter of 6-weeks.  The system, including a new rear-projection screen and audio system, was designed to maximize the return on investment for this temporary space.
